Guesswork and a lack of evidence-based solutions is something that stands between successful diagnosis and treatment of eczema in 2023. At Flare, we are on a mission to remove this obstacle, and remove some of the frustration of treating and managing eczema in children and adults. Our app is data-focused and solution driven. By using data provided by our users about their environment, diet, lifestyle, medical history and other factors, we can provide insights into patterns that doctors may discredit due to a lack of context, which can identify potential triggers, causes and recommend relevant medical-based treatments. Our goal is to help the individual, and foster a community around a life-impacting issue, where people struggling can share their journey, advice and support.
As founder, I am responsible for road-mapping and designing our product, working with developers and pitching to potential investors.
